APPLY FOR A WISH

We support seriously ill children across the UK. If you are a social worker, GP or hospital worker and you know a seriously ill child under the age of 21 who you think deserves their dream to come true then please contact us.

Wishes are granted to children with a serious/life threatening illness from birth to 21 years. We require an up to date letter from a Doctor/Consultant/Social Worker or Specialist Nurse to confirm diagnosis and support the wish request.

Once we’ve received your application, we will review the information that you’ve sent and then we’ll get in touch to let you know if you’ve been successful and if we’re able to help grant your child’s wish.
